1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting information, and making payments for UAE visa services or event management services provided by Danat Al Qaser Events Management LLC ("DQ Visa & Events"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Visa Processing Policies & Processing Times
The processing duration and costs of UAE visa applications vary based on the applicant's nationality due to government regulations and processing channels:
- Standard Processing: For most eligible nationalities, the visa application process takes 3 to 5 working days.
- Special Category Nationalities (India, Bangladesh, Egypt, etc.): Visa applications for nationals of India, Bangladesh, and Egypt can be processed; however, due to additional clearance requirements, security verifications, and custom processing channels, applications for these nationalities are more expensive and can take up to 2 weeks (14 working days) to process.
3. Advance Payment, Deductions & Refund Policy
We enforce a clear, transparent policy regarding payments and refunds in the event of visa application status updates:
Visa Rejection & Refund Terms:
For visa packages requiring an advance payment of AED 3,500:
- If your visa application is officially rejected by the UAE immigration authorities, an administrative and processing fee of AED 1,500 will be deducted to cover government submission charges and operational costs.
- The remaining balance of AED 2,000 will be fully refunded to the client.
- All refunds will be credited back exclusively to the same bank account or card that was used to make the original payment. No cash refunds or alternative account transfers will be permitted under any circumstances.
4. Government Fees & Authority Decisions
DQ Visa & Events acts solely as a visa facilitation agent. The approval, rejection, or delay of any visa application is at the absolute discretion of the UAE Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA). DQ Visa & Events cannot guarantee visa approvals and is not liable for losses resulting from government decisions or delays.
5. Accuracy of Submitted Information
The client is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information, documents, and pictures uploaded for the visa application. Any rejection, penalties, or delay caused by spelling mistakes, mismatching passport numbers, blur photos, or fraudulent documents will be the sole responsibility of the client, and all related fees will be non-refundable.
6. Event Management Terms
All bookings for weddings, corporate events, festivals, or entertainment shows are subject to package agreements, guest counts, and specific venue rules. Any cancellation, modification, or postponement of event packages must be requested in writing and approved in accordance with the signed event coordination agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
